The app does not display full ticket details such as the date and time. It shows an in-app notification every time it is opened. The selected payment method is not saved, and the app asks for payment confirmation on each use. There is noticeable lag when loading nearby parking information, and it frequently displays the message: 'We’re facing a technical issue. Try again later.'

Poorly organized and named categories, making it hard to find what the user is looking for. Obscure explanations of services, making hard to be sure you are picking the right one (for instance, all the difference categories, subcategories and explanations for seasonal parking cards). Mean spirited policies designed to maximize revenue while penalizing paying customers. For instance, if I can had up to 3 vehicles on my parking card, why do I need to go in the app and activate one each time?

It's very slow. Even when we pay 500 for a subscription. It has not been active for the past one week and I am paying more from my pocket addition. The customer service at the worst. Additionally my subscription is active and I am getting fined How this is justified where we have to pay a lot of money and their system is working in late 2000s
