For a first timer to buy from this app, I'm very disappointed. First try, I buy through Chrome on phone and proceed to pay via GPay. It was buffering like circling button around so I push back button & tried again & the same thing happened. Next thing I know I was already charged twice! Also I downloaded this app & experienced the same like, I already paid via credit card, why are they asking for my OTP? This sounds like a scam to me. So NO. I don't recommend this app for asians buying overseas

Canceled me without notice over payment mix up. They tried collecting auto pay a day early. My bank denied payment. Unstead of phoning, email, or text, or even try next day. They Canceled my subscription and told me too bad, that I would have to redo my subscription 😒. I told them no thank you. Badddd customer service!
