App continuously logs you which is annoying, I'd say you are constantly uninstalling and reinstalling the app it would be fine to ask you for your credentials, however if you don't do these type of things then there is no need to ask for the credentials again and again, it's become a nuisance.

This app is ridden with bugs. The latest example: I cannot activate my private health insurance benefit because the app does not allow me to save my personal information. I cannot report the problem through the app because of a separate bug with the incident form, which crashes on submit.

I tried to request my card multiple time. All the fields had been filled correctly. When submitting the form, it said "Please check the entered fields". I re-checked every fields and seemed fine. The app should give a clearer error message. Now, I can't get my card. Thanks Cobee!!!
