the app is okay but what drives me completely nuts is that everytime I try to access it, I have to re login. if you allow fingerprint access, that should expire a lot less frequently than 30 days! and what is extra annoying is that I still receive notifications when I perform an action like paying for a meal, but clicking on it I am forced to login, making the notification useless.

The app is confusing: Location doesn't work when I use the restaurants locator - it asks to enable Location, but the option doesn't exist either on the app, on the android settings or anywhere; I signed up for the pension plan and no details have arrived; Every time I message with a question and I must reply to the answer received, I must open a new ticket from scratch and that's very time consuming and not practical.

Since Cobee was bought by Pluxee, the service has become an absolute nightmare. The whole point of a meal card is to make life easier for employees, but now the card gets declined everywhere. Even bars and places that clearly serve food refuse the card for no valid reason. It honestly feels like they’re controlling where and how we’re allowed to spend OUR own money — money that comes directly from our salary. At this point, I barely even use the card anymore, and the balance just keeps piling
