The app is no longer displaying credit card details. OH and it's taking ages for it to load. The Metrobank used to be stable and reliable but now it's just one problem after another. Update: I had to clear the app data & cache. Didn't need to reinstall, but had to re-register the account and device again, seems to show credit card details again. Updated my rating to 3-stars only for the hassle and No official communication from the bank to solve the problem is just plain unprofessional.

Terrible experience. You're a banking app and you should be reliable at all times especially whenever we need to access our funds. I don't know if it's only me but this past week I'm having trouble accessing the app - loading time takes forever and what's worse, I can't log in and even worse I can't access my funds, pay for my needs and bills!

Complicated App, cannot register biometrics and just to failed log ins then you get temporarily blocked. waited 30 mins and 1 hour each yet still the same issue. This is the worst!!! Edit: Your APP is still useless. Now I can't open the APP. and no reported issues? really? ask your customer care to check their emails maybe then you will know there are issues? They don't respond to emails and even calling customer support is taking longer than ever. What a joke!!!!
