Whole ordering process is smooth n convenient n the food is genuinely good. However there seem to be some issue with the way the charges are calculated. Same tax is applied whether you pay by card r cash n the tax is calculated after adding delivery fee to the order total. On top delivery fee is charged even when you are literally on the next street. Overall I like the food and the ordering experience but hope they fix issues.

using this app oftenly but my experience is good enough to recommend it, one thing I wanna add to save your time is that don't mention delivery instructions in app, A rider will contact you to confirm the exact location mean while you will receive a call from a counter of your selective branch and in that case just say inform to rider to contact us. after all it's smooth enough for me to place my desired order 😌

Very disappointing experience. I paid an extra Rs. 200 for the Supreme Cheese flavor, but the amount of cheese was almost negligible. The tomato sauce was clearly visible, and most of the chicken toppings had fallen off the pizza and were scattered in the box. The crust was extremely hard and crispy, making it uncomfortable to eat . For the price charged, I expected much better quality and preparation. I hope Domino's improves its consistency and quality control .Definitely not worth the money.
