Would rate it 1 Star if possible. Placed an order with Jazz Cash Payment. Payment deducted but order wasn't placed. Customer Support acknowledged the mistake and promised to refund. After 6 calls and 3 weeks of wait, the payment still hasn't been refunded.

I have experienced worst customer care services at Domino's. I had a payment issue and I called many times at customer care number and everytime representatives accepted that my claim is right and forwarded but even after 2 months no response from Dominos. It's such pathetic service on end of a brand like Dominos. Disappointed.

Very bad experience with Domino’s. I ordered a 12-inch Large Italian Crust BBQ Chicken Pizza through the official Domino’s app. Sale Receipt No: 508875. The order was delivered from Qasim Chowk, Hyderabad. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived completely cold, extremely dry, and tasted stale. The crust was hard, the cheese was not properly melted, and overall quality was very poor. This is not the standard expected from a brand like Domino’s. Totally disappointed and not worth the money.
