I have placed an order on 14th July 2024 through the app and the app got some glitch after we have placed the order and the online payment has been done. The order didn't proceed due to glitch in the app but the payment has been deducted I have called their 5 customers representative and they didn't even talk to me properly alas I didn't get the order nor the payment was refunded. I am very disappointed regarding the experience from CSR as well as from the app.i hope I got the refund.

What a fraud Domino's is. Order my pizza, paid upfront and the pizza never came. No option for complaint in the app. Called helpline many times, they either didn't pick up or said that "5 minutes" everytime, but the order was never delivered.

The app is still very buggy if you enter a voucher discount code and apply it on checkout , and then cancel the cart and renter the code the app say the code has been used or invalid when in actual the discount is not used as user did not check out and confirm order
