Would rate it 1 Star if possible. Placed an order with Jazz Cash Payment. Payment deducted but order wasn't placed. Customer Support acknowledged the mistake and promised to refund. After 6 calls and 3 weeks of wait, the payment still hasn't been refunded.

I have experienced worst customer care services at Domino's. I had a payment issue and I called many times at customer care number and everytime representatives accepted that my claim is right and forwarded but even after 2 months no response from Dominos. It's such pathetic service on end of a brand like Dominos. Disappointed.

There are significant issues with Domino’s Android app when using JazzCash for payments. The payment conflict has persisted for over 60 days now, and the company has yet to resolve it, continuously delaying the process. Additionally, the app is riddled with glitches, making the overall experience quite frustrating and nearly unusable.

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience caused. We have fixed the issue. Kindly update the app and share your feedback. For JazzCash the issue is mainly we are not getting the verified payment from the jazz cash portal. Please call our call center team for the refund.
