Collect Rewards Points

Ratings and reviews

Mostly works great, but changes the tip from what I type to something different when I try to put a custom tip. I tried multiple times to input what I wanted and it changed it every time. I have to take a lot of stars off for that. You cannot have an app that steals money from the tips or from the customer. Because either way, that's obviously very bad.

Used the app to place a pick up order. No one could find the order. After waiting 30 minutes (even after showing receipt on phone) manager had a new order made. They were all confused saying the order never came through to the store. Side note I have tried joining the birthday club six separate times and it still pops up with a notification to join it and shows I haven't yet. For these reasons, three stars until some of the kinks are worked out.

No one offered assistance or front counter help. There were only two computer screens to do it yourself. Neither worked correctly with a birthday coupon. I finally had to use the app to order but it said they were out of milk. When someone finally did help us they said they did have milk. Very frustrating experience. Very little personal human interaction.
