There are some areas that are not very well covered and there are very low signals there, but the low signals don't bother much when comes to phone calling bcoz that's enough. however, mobile internet is severely hindered. apart from that the onic app should show my package info at the startup of the app. and I have to do a bit of scrolling and navigation before I can see what's my package status. it should be right at the startup screen with a refresh button for a quick overview.

Ever since I started using this network, I've constantly been facing problems. Before this, I was using Jazz. It was more expensive, but it was absolutely worth it. Onic may be a bit cheaper, but I wouldn't recommend it at all. Don't waste your time just to save a little money. I'm writing this review after 8 months of wasting both my time and my money. Worst network coverage, internet services, Still big slogans. The budget you are spending on marketing, should be dedicated to improving service quality. Also, the app is notoriously bad, in fact a webview poorly implemented. 1. Can't link email to more than one number 2. While a member of a group plan, there is no way to purchase another one before it expires.
