Ever since I started using this network, I've constantly been facing problems. Before this, I was using Jazz. It was more expensive, but it was absolutely worth it. Onic may be a bit cheaper, but I wouldn't recommend it at all. Don't waste your time just to save a little money. I'm writing this review after 8 months of wasting both my time and my money. I used to activate their monthly package to save a little money, but in the end, I lost much more than I saved. I absolutely do not recommend th

Worst network coverage, internet services, Still big slogans. The budget you are spending on marketing, should be dedicated to improving service quality. Also, the app is notoriously bad, in fact a webview poorly implemented. 1. Can't link email to more than one number 2. While a member of a group plan, there is no way to purchase another one before it expires.

⭐ 1 Star Extremely disappointing customer support. My issue remains unresolved, yet my ticket was marked as resolved without any solution being provided and without a single meaningful response from the support team. Closing customer tickets without actually fixing the problem is misleading and highly unprofessional. I am still facing the exact same issue and have received no assistance whatsoever. Based on my experience, the service quality and support are far below acceptable standards. I w
