I’ve been using Onic for a few months, and I’m quite satisfied with their packages. However, the main issue is the slow network speed. I usually use it in Karachi, and at times the internet becomes completely unusable. When I travel to other cities, Onic’s service gets even worse, almost useless. Because of the call limitations, I still keep it for calls, but for internet usage, I rely on another network.

I purchased a SIM from ONIC two days ago. The delivery service was absolutely unbelievable—very fast and well managed. Unfortunately, the internet service has been very disappointing. Even after activating an internet package, it feels like no package is active at all, and the data is not working. Because of this, my money feels totally wasted. I hope the support team takes this issue seriously and resolves it soon.

even after 39 days it's same no result. Not recommended at all. OMG it's 24th day since my sim is not working they don't have any technical support still they don't have any answer how much time it will take more Bilkul 3rd class technical support. they don't have any service center where You can reach them. from last 24 days I contact them through emails calls chats but no result. when I ask emails of management they didn't provide. wooow what a fast reply this is the eexact issue.
