Ratings and reviews

Onic internet services have been unstable so far. The service frequently disrupts without warning and can take an unpredictable amount of time to restore. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend relying on Onic for now, as the inconsistency makes it difficult to trust. Hopefully, they will improve their service soon.

A lot of bugs in the app. Major one I am facing is that once your plan is expired, it still kept showing message on top that: Your plan is expiring in 1 minute. Renew your plan. When I click Renew plan, no plan shows up in the app instead just App interface moves down. This is serious problem. I am unable to renew my pack, even after refreshing, updating the app.

I was gonna give 4 or 5 star but there's a problem and I think developer should fix it as soon as possible - problem is package are too confusing there isn't a lot of info just internet data package nothing about sms or minutes on call so please fix it took me hard enough to choose a package but In the end I had to randomly pick any package.
