I want to change feedback regarding onic app, I'm charged twice in the same monthfor one package, and when I contacted the helpline, they said that I'd purchased the package manually twice. How is that even possible? Worst experience, guys, with this app as well, like the rest. even the app it shows that we can't overwrite the same package, so how can you charge me or app accept the payment twice for same month? #useless

The worst network I've ever used is Onic. Neither the signal is stable nor does the internet work properly. If you can't provide proper service, why are you wasting customers' money? I activated an Onic package again after a long time today, but it's still the same issue — poor signal and no internet. Ufone is much better than this. I don’t even understand why Ufone partnered with them in the first place.

Since I ported my number from another network to ONIC, certain Zong users have been unable to call me and it says my number does not exist. Despite raising multiple complaints over the past four months, the issue still persists. What’s worse is that customer support repeatedly claims the issue has been resolved, even though nothing has changed. This has been the most frustrating and disappointing network i have ever used. Not recommended to anyone until it emerges fully and flawlessly.
