Onic comes with a SIM and claims to offer free ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity features. However, it is misleading because there is no image generator available, which was one of the main reasons I downloaded it. Also, you can only pay for packages through the app, which is inconvenient. Overall, the app does not deliver on its promises. Very disappointing experience. Not recommended.

I am extremely disappointed with the service and customer support provided by ONIC. I have been facing a serious network/service issue with my ONIC SIM on my device mobile network state shown unknown. Both outgoing and incoming calls are not working , which has made the SIM practically unusable for normal communication. I have already reported this issue, but unfortunately, despite waiting and following up, the problem has still not been resolved.

As a Founder Club member, I’m honestly disappointed with the current service quality. Prices keep increasing, but the service seems to be getting worse day by day. Data signals are frequently unavailable or extremely weak. What’s the benefit of a 5G rollout when existing customers are still struggling with basic connectivity? I’m seriously considering switching to another network if this situation continues. ONIC needs to prioritize network reliability and customer experience.
