There are some areas that are not very well covered and there are very low signals there, but the low signals don't bother much when comes to phone calling bcoz that's enough. however, mobile internet is severely hindered. apart from that the onic app should show my package info at the startup of the app. and I have to do a bit of scrolling and navigation before I can see what's my package status. it should be right at the startup screen with a refresh button for a quick overview.

I purchased the annual package, but unfortunately the overall coverage and service quality did not meet expectations. The most disappointing experience was a recent issue where calls had no audio at all. Instead of properly investigating the problem, the support team immediately started blaming my mobile device and other external factors, then closed the case without resolving it. Interestingly, after nearly a month, the issue got resolved on its own — without any acknowledgement :(

I switched to the ONIC network thinking it would be better, but it is honestly very bad. There are constant signal issues and the mobile data does not work properly. Their service is also very poor. Whenever I try to activate a package, a new problem comes up. Sometimes payment gets deducted but the package is not activated. Sometimes banks do not show, sometimes packages do not show. The app is also useless. Overall, it is a very disappointing network and service.
