This is a very frustrating system. When you click “forget password,” an OTP is sent to the SIM, but there is no option to enter the OTP. The app automatically goes back to the sign-in page asking for username and password again. The website also does not work outside the country. I tried to approve my family’s phone using an online credit card, but since the person is in Pakistan, they require visiting a national bank. There is no online API or card payment option available. 😏😏😏😏😏

Terrible experience. Despite visiting the PTA head office, I still can't use a local SIM. The system is inefficient and don't want to work. They always redirect you to other options instead of fixing the system, and those options are just a waste of time. Suggestions: 1. Open local SIM provider desks at airports like other international airports. 2. Allow the option to remove IMEI binding from accounts. 3. Create a system that automatically fetches passport and entry data to allow device.

It is a good app, but it has a minor issue. While submitting a complaint/application to block my stolen mobile’s IMEI, the app displays 16 digits, whereas the standard IMEI comprises 15 digits. After entering the 15 digits, pressing the ‘Submit’ button shows an error. Kindly resolve this issue immediately to maintain its rating on the Play Store.
