I am very disappointed with the Sindh Government's digital services, like whenever they launch an app or a website where we can avail online services all these services are not working properly. Sometimes there is a problem with the application, sometimes the website is not working properly. These problems keep happening I would like to request the Sindh government to please learn something from the Punjab government about how they are digitizing their services and how good the services they're.

The concept behind the E Services Sindh app is great—bringing essential government services online is a much-needed step. However, the execution leaves a lot to be desired. Tried applying for Domicile and PRC via the app. After filling Form P-1, it times out before I can upload documents and sends me back to the home screen. Very frustrating to start over every time. Please fix the timeout issue and improve stability—this service is too important to be unreliable.

Worst app. Doesn't let us sign up. doesn't send OTP and gives error mobile number cannot be used. Seems to be suspicious app collecting personal data and then the app doesn't work.
