Payment processing is absolutely horrible! Worst I've seen on any app ever! Needed to book 5 trips within Poland. Somehow able to get 3 confirmed and paid for after probably 10 attempts, but was never able to get payment confirmed for last 2, despite trying 20-30 combinations of credit, debit, Google play, etc. This is unacceptable and has wasted hours of my time. How about hiring devs that actually know what they're doing?!

I tried to buy tickets a few times in August and it's crazy: the app doesn't allow to buy any ticket for the train because it says that there're no tickets. In the ticket office they also say that everything is sold out so just go to the train without the ticket. Once on the train, a very unprofessional ticket inspector sells the ticket and charges extra 20 PLN as "a fee of buying on board". It's not fair at all, just allow to buy them online

Have been using this app about 4 times a week for the past year, not great I frequently have issues paying for tickets. Whether it be blik or google Play the app has trouble connecting to the operator. The way late trains are shown is terrible, I missed a train last week because of the information on the app not matching what was on the platform, it turned out the the app automatically updates the late trains time without indicating. Also a better system to save frequent routes would be nice.
