App has significantly improved through recent years. Kudos to the dev team. One thing to fix that I found recently - by some reason the app does not work via VPN. All other apps work at the same time on the same connection. It makes it impossible to use the app without disabling VPN in my case

Have greatly benefited from the app until I could no longer login. Used the right login and code but it was like my account never existed. Total loss of points and other benifits. Created a new account and tried to join Paybak to the account to be told that my payback account is connected to my original Carefour account. A bit of a mess to say the least.

Great app, Scan&Go is one of the strongest features but also one of the weakest. Lots of problems with connection while shopping. Very frustrating the app downloads data every minute and then fails to do so. Worse with new version. Fix that and you get 5 stars. Add the option to download the whole product catalogue of my shop before shopping. Better to download an additional 100MB of data before starting, than wasting 30 minutes walking like an idiot around the supermarket trying to get signal.
