Training tailored to your capabilities, time and place. Exercise the way you like! In the application you will find instructional videos on how to perform each exercise. Use it at every stage of your metamorphosis.
Respo care
Your individual dietitian from the Respo Center, i.e. the Goal Guardian, supports you and accompanies you throughout the entire period of cooperation. The mobile application provides you with easy contact when and where you want. Motivation, monitoring progress, sharing knowledge - all this to achieve your goal.

Eating healthy has never been so easy and fun! Changing eating habits is a guarantee that the lost kilograms will not come back. You will get better mood and more energy.
How does Centrum Respo work?
1. First, complete the nutrition and training form. Share your preferences, lifestyle, favorite foods, and health. Define the goal you want to achieve. Based on this information, your Goal Guardian, i.e. a dietitian assigned to you, will prepare a 7-day menu with a shopping list.
2. If you have questions about your diet or physical activity or you want to change something in your diet, feel free to contact your Guardian in the chat.
3. Every two weeks, the Caregiver analyzes your results in a special report that you fill in. Based on it, he knows how you are doing and what will help you in your metamorphosis.
3. Access to the nutritional plan and exercise is possible while the collaboration is ongoing. If you want to maintain the continuity of the diet and measurements, extend the cooperation before its end.

Respo Package I am sweeping
In the package you will receive all the plans and video consultations with the Caregiver of Your Goal. Every 2 weeks you will meet and talk about your results. Together, you will develop a further action plan.
