I had an issue with a missed train ticket, and the KOLEO app didn’t allow me to cancel it. I contacted customer service, and they handled everything quickly and professionally. They even refunded my ticket to my KOLEO account as a special exception! The app is easy to use, and their support team is responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for train travel in Poland!

Disabling the ability to take a screenshot killed any use I had for this app whatsoever as I bought tickets and sent the screenshots to technologically illiterate family and friends whose ability to use a smartphone ends at being able to receive a picture via Whatsapp or Signal. Now that they have forced a pointless move to pdfs (which those people can't open, no matter how hard I try to explain it), I simply don't have any use for it. Great job breaking a nice product...

They are using Dynamic pricing now. I searched up a ticket for a specific date and time but I didn't buy at that moment. Few hours after, price went up 20% But on pkp website, it is still the same price. Even a bit cheaper than before.
