payment with google pay failed. The app reported that the transaction was successful but when going to the ticket details. payment remained open. I tried it two times without success. And then my ticket suddenly disappeared from the active ticket list. A very frustrating experience.

I managed to inadvertently book the wrong tickets for my husband and I. I wish there was the same level of support from a travel app in the UK!
