Booking on the app is nice and easy but still had a bad experience my 1st time. Greyhound partners with other bus services (like Miller Transportation). Miller was late and we waited in the sun for almost an hour with no way to track the bus (it seems only Greyhound buses are trackable but not their partners). Then, upon calling Greyhound, THEY couldn't contact Miller on their end but instead gave me a # that didn't work. Very bad first experience, especially given the price I paid for 2 round trip tickets.
Good for the most part. Easy to use however it should only be used if you have a strong internet connection. I didn't have a good connection the last time I booked a trip, I struggled to get it booked. I got the confirmation email but it never registered as a booked trip.
This app use cell tower and not satellite, so is not reliable all the time. Also some schedule time are wrong just check where the bus is on the map not the time of arrival.
This app is absolutely useless. When my bus was over an hour late, it didn't say anywhere in the app that it was delayed. When my bus back home was more than two hours late, it wouldn't even let me track it in the app - it said "page not found" when I clicked the find my bus button, and my bus didn't come up when I tried doing a manual search. If my local transit can manage to let me watch my bus traverse a map, there's no reason they can't reliably show their own schedule!
This company is the worst company on earth. You might as well add a week to any trip. It's faster to ride a bike.
Bus tracker is unreliable. Do not trust the bus tracker. I'm trying to track my son and it's way off, routes also offline. It has major issues.
