1st time I used App to buy ticket it Took 2 payments from my account for 1 journey. I booked another ticket where I had to top up minimum 20 zł, so now I'm still in credit, therefore I have to use Koleo again. I think they took 2 payments to make me always be in credit. To be fair, the actual booking process is fast and easy.

Minimum 20zl top up is a scam. Free money for them in advance. More often than not I don't need to put so much on my account but they still charge that much anyway. In the end, a 10zl return ticket costs 20zl. in reality, I won't need to use the other 10 in my account for a long period of time in but they already got my money in advance. Typical Polish scammer company. Soviet corrupt mentality still around and going strong!

Worst app ever. Practically no way to return or exchange a ticket even when the train is delayed or there are any other issues. The customer service is basically non existent. I thought it would be quite useful but just turned out to be another app to hate.
