I was scammed twice. if you buy a ticket and the train delay- you pay. If the app shows incorrect data - you pay. You pay for all mistakes from their side. No refunds. Scammers. They always hide behind contracts. Wieronika Wozniak and Paulina Kroc their supporters will always redirect you to other services and ask you to contact them, even though I didn't purchase the tickets from another service. The support is awful and you will never get your money back.
