• booking your treatment online
• online consultantion via chat (doctors, nurses and midwifes available)
• access to your treatment history (previous visits and test results)
• use online chat to get a referral for research
• renewing drug prescription online (when medical consultation is not required)

Important:
We care about the security of your data. It is mandatory to sign the "Regulations for the provision of electronic services" in one of LUX MED medical center's to get full access to your account.
Downloading and using the application may involve standard data charges, according to the operator's tariff.
Making calls to the LUX MED helpline through the application is associated with standard charges for telephone calls, in accordance with the contract concluded for mobile telephony services.
Additional information:
Medical specialists have access to the patient's medical records, they can commission research or issue referrals.
Remember that the basic account gives access only to the limited functionality of the Portal.

There are never any slots available to plan in advance, for pretty much nothing in the basic care package. I don't really know why I am paying for it on an annual basis with those high premiums.

App itself is mid but booking availability is a nightmare. Booked an appointment to the best doctor (5.0 over 400 reviews). 2h before got a message that it's canceled and need to wait 1 month for the next visit. I don't know what needs to happen, maybe it should be 2x more expensive with less people. Getting a nice doctor is almost impossible Edit: want to check medicine dosage and can't because there is maintenance. It won't even let me preview existing data

No appointments are available for the most of types of specialists. Now I need an appointment to a general practitioner. App shows a few slots 6 days later. I try to choose one but receive "This visit is no longer available". I recheck an hour later. The same slots and the same error! For all slots. I change language to Polish and get different slots but recieve the same error for all of them. Yesterday I had to wait 40 mins on a call, but a slot that didn't exist in app was provided to me.
