I've been using the patient portal app for a long time and I didn't have any issues with it. My only complaint is that when I try to make an appointment, I usually search for "luxmed" in the system search but the app doesn't appear because it is named "Patient Portal" without the prefix.

App soso. Nfz and custom appointments don't show up. it doesn't support enough excruciating low level of service. impossible to get most appointments and many doctors are low quality. it takes ages to check health. if you are sick, you will die before you know it. Reception at clinics or checkups are really problematic. They don't keep your medical records. No rtg at dentist. You have to make sure everyone do their job, expect delays and agree to change appointment all the time

it's impossible to get an online consultation with the general doctor. once you somehow get into the queue the app cancels the call with 0 seconds of consultation
