About this app

mobilet is an application that allows you to:
- Buy electronic tickets for journeys with public transport (buses, trams, metro, light rail)
- Pay for the actual parking time in the paid parking zones (fee charged after the stop!)

Mobilet service is active in more than 100 locations throughout the country, including agglomerations in Krakow, Lodz, Tri-City and Upper Silesia, Warsaw, Poznan, Szczecin, Torun and Lublin. To use the application it is necessary to activate your account in the system mobilet:

1) go to www.mobilet.pl
2) press the "try"
3) Enter your phone number and e-mail address and set the password
4) Install the application
5) Power your account on the system mobilet (the option to quickly transfer - Allegro)
6) If you park in the SPP, mark your car vignette, isolated made printout or handwritten information

Ratings and reviews

Tends to periodically crash right after payment goes through (no aggressive task kill process set up with system/3rd party apps that could lead to crash), but prior to generating in-app ticket with no 'restore purchases'-like option, leading to potential fines if you don't notice and resulting in wasting double the money if you do. Save for this bug it works fine, but the nature of the issue is atrocious.

Total and absolute garbage. Charged my credit card twice but did not issue a ticket. The awful person from mobilet customer support was rude and unhelpful, telling me that it was my problem and not his. Now it blocked my accound. Avoid at all cost!!!

Used fo years without any problems, now it requires me to look for some code in a bus, wanted to complain about that but turns out it was my city council,, brilliant" Idea... the app is Okey...
