About this app

mobilet is an application that allows you to:
- Buy electronic tickets for journeys with public transport (buses, trams, metro, light rail)
- Pay for the actual parking time in the paid parking zones (fee charged after the stop!)

Mobilet service is active in more than 100 locations throughout the country, including agglomerations in Krakow, Lodz, Tri-City and Upper Silesia, Warsaw, Poznan, Szczecin, Torun and Lublin. To use the application it is necessary to activate your account in the system mobilet:

1) go to www.mobilet.pl
2) press the "try"
3) Enter your phone number and e-mail address and set the password
4) Install the application
5) Power your account on the system mobilet (the option to quickly transfer - Allegro)
6) If you park in the SPP, mark your car vignette, isolated made printout or handwritten information

Ratings and reviews

Used this app on a short trip to north-east Germany. You have to enter the location manually by picking city name and street name from lists because it doesn't use a location service. Before you buy a ticket, you have to charge your account first and after this you'll see, you need pay few cents extra as additional fee. There doesn't seem to be a way to get money back that is left in your account. Easypark is much more convenient.

The app is really useful but not fully reliable. Sometimes it randomly says the server timed out despite having a strong mobile connection. It took my money and didn't show the ticket for 5 mins, but luckily after refreshing the app dozen of times, the ticket finally appeared. Also, the transaction takes too long to process. I hope it gets fixed as I'd hate to revert back to paper tickets

This is incredible. The ticket extension does not work. App block the option to buy ticket yet charges for every attempt to buy. After 5 minutes you realize you have bought 5 tickets you don't need. On top of that the guy in the call center frankly admits that this is what happens and you should write an email to get the money back. I have to admit that there was a time when I used to recommend this app... No more
