About this app

mobilet is an application that allows you to:
- Buy electronic tickets for journeys with public transport (buses, trams, metro, light rail)
- Pay for the actual parking time in the paid parking zones (fee charged after the stop!)

Mobilet service is active in more than 100 locations throughout the country, including agglomerations in Krakow, Lodz, Tri-City and Upper Silesia, Warsaw, Poznan, Szczecin, Torun and Lublin. To use the application it is necessary to activate your account in the system mobilet:

1) go to www.mobilet.pl
2) press the "try"
3) Enter your phone number and e-mail address and set the password
4) Install the application
5) Power your account on the system mobilet (the option to quickly transfer - Allegro)
6) If you park in the SPP, mark your car vignette, isolated made printout or handwritten information

Ratings and reviews

Awful app. Unreadable in English and Polish. the app describes tickets in shortcuts, not in full wording. Using abbreviations not understandable for first time user or tourist, such as U or N. because of this I had to pay a fine of 50 euros because I purchased wrong ticket . thanks for making my travels unpleasant. I complained to the mobilet and they reply was " the app is readable". Seems like they are not open for feedback to improve it. The waiting should be 1.

Unusable... After a terrible onboarding, I tried to add a payment credit card and it just kept reloading to re enter the info. None the less, it never actually saved it. So it never worked... After about 45 minutes, I gave up.

Easy to use. Handy & big selection of towns. It's a shame it's not covering all the places. It's missing Metropolitan tickers in Gdańsk, the ones oncluding SKM transport. Great contact with customer service. Truly recommend app.
