today I was charged for parking even i was not in the city. looks like I activated parking when it was free during weekend but it was not visible in the app and it just kicked in on Monday morning... not user friendly interface. also not easy to see history of your parking.

App seems to have business model based on people forgetting to cancel subscriptions - it happened to me several times. "Active parking notification" would be such an obvious improvement for user experience, but it looks like their priority is elsewhere. Of course once your money is about to run out, you receive a nice SMS reminding you to refill your account. Also, today I wasn't even able to login due to servers not working - so my money is being charged but I have no way of cancelling it, sucks big time. Wish so much there was an alternative as I don't recommend the user experience.

Account balance is not visible anymore in the main page which is a big inconvenience
