WARNING: I didn't know this beforehand. To park, you need to add a form of payment, which is understandable. What's not understandable, however, is that when you add your card, they automatically charge you 30 PLN. It goes into your balance and can be used for parking, but I didn't know this in advance because no such information was provided when adding the card. I wanted to pay as I go. Also, if your balance drops below 10, they will charge your card on file another 30 PLN.

Hey, we hear you. The 30 PLN charge is an automatic top-up, the funds stay in your wallet and can be used for parking. If you don’t want auto top-up, simply remove your card and top up manually via BLIK instead.

Almost a scam. Use the old app. It tricks you to buy a subscription in a single click after you have already added a payment method. Moreover, it automatically turns on auto top-up and charges you 30 PLN in advance. To cancel a subscription or delete an account, you have to contact support. The parking feature works well. So if you don't care about extra charges, you will like this app.

The subscription is free for the first 90 days, and you can cancel it at any time by contacting us at 224038020 or via email bok@skycash.com. We are continuously working on improving the app and addressing user feedback, so we hope you will give us another chance and reconsider your decision.

When I read a new application would be coming, I was scared of how many features, which were currently free, would be paid. Well, here it came: What it used to be free, is now paid. Also, I've contacted customer service few weeks ago, and I never received support. Will not contact again. So please stop telling customers that you take customer support seriously, because you don't. The only reason why you have now an option to cancel the mandatory subscription is because it's a legal requirement.
