The application fails when I need it most. The parcel status in the app did not update for several days and showed "In the warehouse", while on the website, it was already in the process of being returned to the sender. Most importantly: I received zero notifications (neither SMS nor e-mail) about the two failed delivery attempts or that the storage period at the depot was expiring. The app should be a reliable source of information, but instead, it is misleading.

Absolutely terrible app!!! Firstly I tried to install it, waiting for verification SMS about 15 hours. And now trying to open a parcel locker with qr code from the app and every time it is an error! I'm literally going to the parcel locker fourth day twice a day and still hoping for the miracle. And yes, no respond from support team since Friday (it's Monday today) Upd: It's 24.06.24 and I finally opened the locker. Only today I've got QR on email, which works. It took almost a month!!!

application is user friendly, punctual that provides up-to-date information. has the english language. one thing missing is when there are multiple pick-up branches in the same area, it didn't really specify in the application which one i should've gone to, so i roamed around for about 10 mins asking the employees if they had my package, it would be good to include a description or a picture of the exact collection point to avoid confusion. other than that, all good. thanks
