FitContext turns the data your sports watch and health apps already collect into clear training insights — on your device, under your control.
Training analysis
• Heart-rate zones: a personal 5-zone model with per-workout time-in-zone, computed from your heart rate data
• Training load: acute:chronic workload ratio (ACWR), CTL/ATL/TSB fitness-fatigue balance, monotony and strain, computed from your exercise sessions, distance, speed, power and calories
• Recovery: a daily overview of resting heart rate, heart-rate variability (HRV), sleep and VO2 max trends to judge training readiness
All your sources, one picture
FitContext reads your data through Android Health Connect — so it works with Garmin Connect, Samsung Health, Oura, Polar, Whoop, Fitbit and any other app that syncs to Health Connect. You choose which source wins per category (general / exercise / sleep).
Your data, your coach
Generate a structured training report and share it with whoever you trust — your coach, or the AI assistant of your choice (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). FitContext has no built-in AI service, no account, and no developer server: your health data stays on your device and is only shared when you explicitly share it.
Also included: training goals with countdown, a home-screen widget, manual food and blood-pressure tracking, and import of training plans back into your calendar.
