**IMPORTANT: This app does not block pop-up ads and not detect in-app pop-up ads. It will not tell you which app contains ads either. It only indicates which app is causing pop-up ads.

Are you tired of finding which app causes pop-up ads?

Popup Ad Detector comes to the rescue, it can detect:
1.Lock screen ads.
2.Home screen ads.
3.Ads over other apps.
4.Notification bar ads(Airpush detector).

How it works:
When you setup, you will see a floating icon on the screen.
The next time an ad pops up, it will indicate which app the ad is originated from.
Then you can easily uninstall that app so no more pop up ads anymore!

In order to make Popup Ad Detector work properly, You must:
1. Grant Accessibility access.
2. Allow displaying over other apps.

Known issues:
The floating icon might make some app not clickable. To solve this problem, you need to manually disable the floating icon, and enable it when you've finished using that app.

This worked on homepage popups that started a few hours before. The culprit was an app that's been on the phone for a while that I overlooked. I had problems activating Popup Ad Detector and a similar one. The virus was preventing it. Pressing and holding the shutdown button on my Samsung phone brought me up in Safe Mode. The install worked. You have to follow the instructions to activate it properly. When the next popup occurred, the app flagged it. I deleted the app, and so far so good.

Downloaded & when I would allow it to display over apps, somehow it would always revert back, therefore, I couldn't get it to work properly. Then it would consistently crash & I couldn't even use it. It did work once, while mobile pop-up ads were active, although, the accessibility shortcut icon never switched from app icon to the devil icon to alert me about the pop-up ad. It did show me the recently used apps, although, this can easily be done without an app under your android settings.

All I can say is...WOW! It really does work! For the past week, my android has been bombarded with constant pop-up ads. My phone battery drains within an hour from full charge and I can hear video advertisements playing in the background during phone calls, causing other applications to force close. I found the Popup Ad Detector and immediately after installation, the annoying popups were gone! After trying everything else in the Google Play store, I finally fixed it and I'm so grateful!
