About this app

INCOM is an app for accounting firms and their clients that automatically receives messages from Czech ISDS data mailboxes (datové schránky) and turns them into trackable tasks with deadlines.

Under Czech law, an ISDS message is considered legally delivered after 10 days — even if nobody has opened it. A missed deadline means a fine or legal consequences. INCOM keeps watch for you.

📬 ISDS data mailbox inbox
Messages from government authorities (customs, courts, bailiffs, tax office and others) appear in the dashboard and automatically become tasks with due dates.

⏰ Deadline tracking
Every official notice, decision or reminder has a deadline. No manual monitoring needed.

📝 Response templates
Ready-made templates for the most common types of official correspondence:
• Customs proceedings
• Enforcement and pre-enforcement notices

🧭 Task resolution wizard
The app guides you step by step through every incoming notice: identifies the message type, suggests a template, and helps prepare a response. Sending the reply is always an action performed by an authorised person.

👥 Client access management
Accounting firms invite clients via a secure invitation link. Each client sees only their own company and data — nothing else.

🏢 Multi-company management
One login for your entire client portfolio. Overview of mailboxes, channels and active tasks in one place.

📥 Document queue
Incoming documents wait in the queue until a responsible person processes them. Nothing gets lost, nothing goes unrecorded.

📡 Communication channels
Manage communication channels (data mailbox, email) for each company separately. Representation modes and access rights are configured per company.

━━━ LOGIN ━━━

INCOM uses your accounting provider's corporate SSO (Single Sign-On) — you log in the same way as to other company tools. Access is granted by your accounting firm.

━━━ SECURITY ━━━

All data is stored exclusively on your accounting service provider's servers. Login is via the encrypted OIDC/OAuth 2.0 protocol. Mailbox passwords and access keys are never stored in the app — they are kept in the provider's secure vault.
