About this app

ITE Secretar is a corporate application for secretaries and managers. It serves as a central gateway for all corporate tasks. The secretary receives tasks, assigns them to employees, monitors progress, and delivers only results to management.

Features:

Task list — a list with current status, priority, and assigned employee. Each task can be expanded to view the description and action history.

Assignment — a task can be assigned to a selected manager from the list of active employees.

Task actions — Assign, Supplement, Escalate, Resolve, Approve. Each action is recorded in the task history.

Attachments — a file or voice recording (microphone recording) can be attached to a task.

Statistics — the top bar displays the ratio of processed actions over the last 30 days.

Language selection — the user selects the interface language directly in the app.

The application supports installation as a progressive web app (PWA).

Access is limited to internal company employees with the role manager or admin. Login is performed through the corporate single sign-on system (OIDC — OpenID Connect). The application is not publicly accessible and is not available to external clients.
