About this app

ITE Projekt is the project-management tool of the IT Enterprise team.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Projects and categories — an overview of what is running, plus the detail of one project
• Stages and tasks — work split up so that what remains is visible
• Members and activity — who is on the project and what happened in it
• Chat — talk inside the team, plus a separate view for the project's client
• Archiving — a finished project is put away but not lost
• "Throw everything in here" — paste text, a link or a file, or record audio or video on the spot, and the app pulls the text out: it reads PDFs and documents, recognises text in images and transcribes speech

WHERE IT IS PROCESSED

Speech transcription and image text recognition run on our own server — the recording does not leave it.

AI HELP

The app includes help with text from a language model (Claude). A program does the work, not a person.

SIGNING IN

The app requires an ENTERA work account; there is no sign-up inside the app, an administrator creates it. A project's client gets in through a link from an invitation.
