About this app

ITE Scan is a web application for receiving documents from workers and drivers in the field.

How it works
A worker or driver opens their personal link on their phone and photographs a document or uploads a PDF. The file is sent to the office immediately. No registration, no password — access is secured by a personal link generated by the manager.

What the app can do
Receive a photo or PDF document up to 25 MB via a worker's personal link.
Offline queue: if there is no signal at the time of sending, the document is saved in the browser and sent automatically when the connection is restored.
Manager overview of received documents, with the ability to download and preview individual files.
Worker management: add, remove, generate a personal link or QR code for sharing.
Seven interface languages: Czech, Slovak, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, English, Hebrew.
Progressive web app (PWA): works directly in the browser, can be added to the home screen.

Who the app is for
Drivers and field workers send documents from the field via their personal link — just take a photo and send it.
Office staff and managers receive, view and download documents centrally.

Privacy and security
Documents are stored on the company server outside the publicly accessible area. The app does not collect email addresses, does not use advertising or third-party tools, and does not share data outside the organization.
