We've only used it once. Loved we didn't have to fight traffic, wait in office, or pay for parking. It was so much less stress! My husband's blood pressure didn't spike and give false high reading.(Home BP cuff). I know all appointments cannot be remote, but those that can be should be. Keep up the good work!
