The CLL App is a great way to access all of your Chughtai Lab reports on the go. You can also use the App to find CLL locations close to you.
The App also allows you to create and manage your MyCLL profile. This way you can view your entire history of CLL Lab reports on your phone.

To view my reports via Chughtai lab app, the app prompted for code which I had forgotten. The app prompted me to receive a new code via my registered cellphone Whatsapp. I waited twice for five minutes each and NEVER received the code. Now, in the absence of the code this stupid app is absolutely useless for me. Pathetic. !!!!!

The app is useful and overall works smoothly, but there is an important security concern that needs attention. While logging in, the PIN appears in visible digits, which is not safe for users. Please update the app so the PIN remains hidden or masked during entry, just like other secure applications. Looking forward to this improvement. Thanks!

I made a booking today at 6:25 PM for home sample collection, and this is what happened: We called the rider, and he said he was busy and would be there around 9 PM. Then the rider was changed, the booking was rescheduled, the rider was changed again, and then it was canceled. What kind of negligent service is this? I'm giving one star because even the customer service on WhatsApp today was super slow in replying. They seemed to try to entertain multiple customers at the same time.
