Worst customer service ever. I have had noor play for a long time only recently their cuatomer service is so bad. i have changed my phone, and when i tried to login from the new one, it told me i exceeded the limit of screens, knowing i logged off from the previous phone. i sent an email to them to help me out, on Dec 18 got a reply on Dec 21st asking what is my email i replied the same day, and the replied they will get back to me asap, and i never heard anything back from them.

Few major issues with the service and app. Let's start with the service, when you are viewing a video, it rotates the screen in a specific way but it is not responsive if you wish to rotate it the other way. This is a small user experience feature that I expect form a simple player. Second, it does not remember where you stopped watching. So you have to remember where you stopped to play it next time. Finally, the streaming service is quite bad unfortunately. I am yet to try it on a faster internet but the experience has been quite bad. No download to play later feature now the streaming service work fine. Quite disappointing.

Well Deserved 5 ⭐️ Keep going, and I'd love to watch Salahuddin Ayubi at your respective application. I Trust you can add many more series and movies since the number of subscribers is increasing Mashallah!
