I managed to get an earlier version of this app working in English. Sadly an update to the app stopped this, please put a language option back in or better still allow Google translate to work with the app. As it stands the app is redundant except for seeing the energy usage. 06/10/2022. Still no English option. Not good enough in today's technology. I get that the majority of users are Portuguese speakers but can't you enable for Google translate if you're not capable of changing the tech?

This company has literally doubled our energy bill this month, literally, for no reason as it is just me and my fiance and there has been no change in habit or new equipment at the home which only has on TV, one wall unit, one induction countertop, one washing machine (which we don't use that much at all) and we were charged over 80 euros, in Portugal! They haven't even replied to our message sent via their own form in their own website for days. UPDATE: as mentioned we already used that link 🤦
