Use to work. Still previews This app was working fine for awhile, until i updated my firmware on my nvr. Now i only can see a preview on the list screen, but when i attempt to connect either i get a blue screen or it tries for hours to load...... fix these bugs already
Can't use unless I am on work wifi For some reason we are unable to use this at our house to monitor the office. As it is only working on my Android if I am on the same network. Is there a fix for this?
Can't connect I have been using EagleEyes with my 8 and 16 channel Avtech dvd units for over 2 1/2 years. For the past two months, I can only access them with my 4th gen iPad. The three Android phones that I have been using all along, no longer work, as they now give the error message "The user is wrong or the authority is insufficient" ? have triple checked the ip address, reentered user names, passwords, even deleted the EagleEyes program on two of the phones and reinstalled it, to no avail. The app is decent...but the picture quality is not very good at all if you ask me...especially at night. Open to suggestions how to get better picture quality.....
Not working Not working won't let me connect on my phone keeps giving me errors....
