Really terrible app and service, specially taking into account that they had the Vision app to build-off from. Essential quality of life features like fingertip verification for transactions or homepage links for app features that were part of Vision are missing. Customer Service is mediocre most of the time and the What's Up automated system is useless. Now, after tge update, the app's kicked me out of my account and it's not letting me enter it, so I'll have to drive there to get it fixed.

The app itself is good but there's not really support available: Takes days to wait for answers, requests not completed, basically unable to solve anything with chat support, so makes the whole service useless once you have a problem or a simple change to be done
