Avoid! 2 times now : 1st time : Impossible to pay with the app: I was ignored for 5 weeks. 2nd time : 1000USD blocked for 15 days! No explanation. Rude banker who hang up on me (Pamela) and didn't reply to me despite 4 emails. In both situations, I had to go to the bank. 2nd problem not solved. I asked for an ETA. No answer.

Really terrible app and service, specially taking into account that they had the Vision app to build-off from. Essential quality of life features like fingertip verification for transactions or homepage links for app features that were part of Vision are missing. Customer Service is mediocre most of the time and the What's Up automated system is useless. Now, after tge update, the app's kicked me out of my account and it's not letting me enter it, so I'll have to drive there to get it fixed.
