Very bad upgrade because I don't see my international minutes any more. It gives me 0 while I have in fact 500. When I called ooredoo they said it's a problem with the new version of the app! The upgrade is supposed to solve issues not create ones. Now if I ran out of international minutes they will start charging me big money because they will fail to inform me and there is no way I can tell what are the remaining minutes. Looks like a devil plan to rip me off.

It only works 50% of the time. The app doesn't open via wifi, mobile data, with or without vpn. I cleaned cache, deleted data, force close, reinstalled, restarted my phone and the app still only works half the time.

worst app ever, logs me out every single time i exit the app... customer care takes hours to answer. and later disconnects you. highly recommend to stay away from ooredoo sims and their services... they assured me that i will be getting a cLl back for my issue within 24 hours but nothing yet.... its been over. 24 hours... and had waster 2-3 hours chatting with customer care back and forth...
