Project Creation & Documentation: Set up projects with complete details including name, billing, payment terms, authorized persons, and builder group information.

Product Management: Add both standard and customized products with detailed specifications.

Sample & Material Tracking: Raise and manage Sample Request Forms (SRF) and sample house material dispatches.

Order Processing: Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and Dispatch Plans to support efficient execution.

Notification Centre: Receive timely updates on pending approvals, new entries, and workflow activities.

Team Activity Dashboard: State Heads can review projects and related entries created by their teams. Projects, products, SRFs, and samples awaiting approval are displayed for easy tracking.

Approval Workflows: Sales teams create projects while State Heads validate details such as builder information, dealer linkage, and payment terms before approving them.
