The app won't allow me to take pictures or upload images of my receipt when attempting to file a claim. It keeps taking me to the app but all permissions have been granted and it gives me no information as to why it's not functioning.

This is my first time using the mobile app. So far, it has been very easy and quick to use. They could improve the process in the app by following up with an EMAIL that says "we have received your claim and are processing...". That way Clients know that the claim is successfully into the system. Telling me this within the app itself is no PROOF of my submittal because I get no claim number, or anything else that shows I put the claim in.
