I ordered a shirt from this app, and they promised delivery within 2–3 days. However, it has been over a week, and I still haven't received any updates regarding my order. I also tried contacting customer service, but the call does not connect, and the number provided appears to be invalid. The customer service response has been extremely poor. This seems like a fraudulent app based on my experience. I strongly suggest that others avoid ordering through this app.

Worst service ever. I raised a return request a week ago, but no one called or came for pickup. Still, the status was falsely updated as "Cancelled – Customer Unavailable." I was available the entire time. The delivery staff were rude, arrogant, and irresponsible. Customer support is even worse—you can't reach anyone by phone or chat. False updates, zero accountability, and no support. Completely unacceptable. I will never use this service again.

Very disappointing experience with app. I returned the product as per their return policy, and the item has already been received by their team. However, my refund has still not been processed. Customer support has not provided a satisfactory resolution, and I have had to follow up multiple times without any clear update. This kind of delay is unacceptable and creates a poor customer experience. I request Rare Rabbit to process my refund immediately and improve their after-sales service.
