Very disappointing experience with app. I returned the product as per their return policy, and the item has already been received by their team. However, my refund has still not been processed. Customer support has not provided a satisfactory resolution, and I have had to follow up multiple times without any clear update. This kind of delay is unacceptable and creates a poor customer experience. I request Rare Rabbit to process my refund immediately and improve their after-sales service.

I am unable to process the return of the item. I have been attempting to do so for the past three days without success. An email was also sent three days ago, and I have yet to receive a response. Customer Support is basic Do not buy anything from rare rabit they are scammers, I have been trying since last 10 days for return/exchange but there is no response. I have emails if someone needs proofs let me know. There is no option in app for return/ echange .

worst experience so far. placed an order for a pair of shoes. there is no address taken down and the order goes through. wrote an email to customer care about the issue, less than 24 hours later, I get a 'hope you are happy with the resolution' email without any solution. worst possible customer care I have come across ever.
