Very poor return service. Ordered shoes that didn’t fit well and raised a return request, but pickup has still not been arranged. Keep getting calls from a team 100 km away instead of resolving the issue. Extremely disappointing customer support.

I had placed an order on 21st august for a shirt but still now I have not received the product firstly it was showing on the app that it would be delivered on 26th and now its showing it would be delivered on 2nd sep I tried to cancel the order i was not able to cancel it also worst customer service nobody is here to help pathetic called customer service they are also making a run around nobody is there to help just doing it for sake worst is a small word for them

Pathetic service, poor product variety. Non- responsive team. Once you get caught in customer care loop, you are finished.
