Buggy app. Add to cart stuff & them if you redeem points & without checkout, if u move out, the points vanish & gets locked, then u have to wait for Mon to Fri 10-6pm to call & get unlocked or mail n wait. By then ur cart items will go out of stock. This has already happened 2 times & they say its their feature. More issues, if u buy using rare points, post that u cant exchange with other products if any issue with ur purchased. U have to pay for bal meaning all points gone and you pay again 😞

I placed my order on 11th August 2026, and even after 7 days it has not been delivered. The tracking status still shows the order in its initial stage. The customer support number provided is ineffective — calls go unanswered or disconnected mid‑conversation. While I was impressed by the advertisements, the reality of such poor customer service is deeply disappointing..

The service is very disappointing. I placed an order 10 days ago, but I still haven’t received the product or any proper updates regarding the delivery. Even the delivery status shown on the app is incorrect and has not been updated accurately.
