I returned an item for which I was not given the refund, but a coupon code for an equivalent amount. It's been more than 2 months now and somehow I am not able to find the coupon code. Upon reaching out to your customer support team I have been told that it will take 6 working days for your team to share the code again. This is unbelievable and hard to understand! You guys clearly seem to be operating in medieval times. Extremely disappointed.

Worst customer service ever, I ordered a product and later had to exchange it, paid extra Money for the new product and old product was picked up, but their agent didn't updated the pickup, now neither I have the old product nor the new product and customer service don't respond even after multiple emails. Order from rare rabbit only if you want to waste your time and money. It's better to visit the store and buy if you want to buy. Edit: it's been a month I still didn't recive any help.

Less than 1 star is not possible or else I would have given minus 100 star. I bought 2 products and returned one out of two , since I was in different city I was told by customer support that I should self ship the product to the given address and share the courier slip. Even after product got delivered to their warehouse I didn't get any update from them. And when I contacted their customer support they asked me to produce proof of delivery. I lost the product and money both. Third class brand.
