Ideally, the purpose of mobile App is convenience and usability. Technically, I couldn't move pass the Identification Card stage with my camera as there are lapses photo frame captures. Mitcheew, well I see no other way of resolving it than going to the bank to access my bank ID; if I would want to consider the second activation process.

It stopped working after some sort of “overnight service“, resulted in a huge headache for me. The person supposed to give advice doesn't read the messages. I specified that I do not have access to a mobile network and still, the only recommendation was to call them. Or tell them when I can take a call. This app,at least the Android version,needs some polish.

This app is useless if you do not have a card. Although, when opening to activate, it says that there are 3 simple steps, none saying anything about the card, at the last step the last 4 digits of a card are required. So, if you do not have a credit card but just a deposit, you can not activate it to see your balance unless you go to a branch to activate it with help from an bank clerk.
