App runs pretty smooth but there are still features that are missing. I don't see the investments/private pension (pilon 3). It would be nice to have the option to customize what we see on the dashboard ( a filter or something ). Later edit. Downgrading my rating. App has lots of connectivity issues, sometimes it's impossible to authorize a payment. Also it's been almost 2 years and you can't do basic things (that all the other banks have in their mobile app) like investments, loan payments

1. The new sign-in verification process is broken. 2. The new sign-in verification process is stupid. I don't even look like my ID anymore and I don't understand why this is necessary? Instead of inventing a new bugged way of sign in what about using the good ol' days of writing personal info and private answers/codes that were left with the bank when making the account? I have not been able to access my account in over a month. I dont understand why my account was disconnected either.

The app is not working from 10 may, cannotlog in either with finger tip or pin code. I uninstall and reinstall the app and now it's not open anymore. You updated the app on 8 may and now I can't use it anymore. Well done it! 👏 LE: I just reset my phone for nothing. The sh!tty app is not starting!!!
