Ideally, the purpose of mobile App is convenience and usability. Technically, I couldn't move pass the Identification Card stage with my camera as there are lapses photo frame captures. Mitcheew, well I see no other way of resolving it than going to the bank to access my bank ID; if I would want to consider the second activation process.
I've been trying to activate the app and it simply won't work. At the last step of the (extremely lengthy and convoluted) process, when it redirects me to open the app, it takes me to the same initial view: "activate". A complete waste of time and older people who are not tech savy, can't understand why following all the steps results in nothing.

The app lacks some features like managing your loan - you have to go to the bank for each advance payment. The app has no information about private pension or investment opportunities. Also, to many upgrades and nothing is changed in the app. The dashboard can not be personalized. This app should be improved.
