App down for hours, card payments not working, and no clear communication from the bank. Tried contacting support — waited over 30 minutes, no resolution, and emails go unanswered. This isn’t just inconvenient, it blocks access to personal funds. Lack of transparency and reliability is very concerning. Extremely disappointing experience.

They keep staying in the process of 'modernizing' the app. In reality, even state owned banks have better features. You cannot see any details about a loan, nor pay in advance. Tried to make a deposit, took 5 days to actually show. No notification about processing, thought the app's being buggy again, so I opened a savings account to see if anything happens on that option, same behavior. It's been a week, might have made duplicate requests, who knows as you can't see pending product ops.

I have a credit card and I can’t even see the instalments — it just keeps loading. Sometimes, when I try to pay for something online, I don’t receive the notification to approve the transaction. I’ve had to authorise it many times using my ID number and an SMS code. Also, you can’t close an instalment in advance. you have to call every time. Please consider adding this option in future releases instead of unnecessary features like hiding the available balance on the card...
