I paid a downpayment for an advertised offer after being told it was available. After payment, the reservation was “inconfirmed” and instead of proposing an immediate refund, I was pushed to accept alternative vacations. A refund is only mentioned in their terms (up to 7 working days), but it was not proactively offered. This feels misleading and unprofessional. Be cautious before paying.

Crashes all the time. No essential filters, picturea are not relevant. From the company point of view cannot guarantee anything.

1 Star is too much. What is your logic in showing results that have no availability? Nor matching the number of guests selected or the date range?
