About this app

"Official Traffic Fines" is a single app for car owners that allows them to check and pay traffic fines online. It also offers additional services, such as vehicle inspection and toll road debt search and payment. It displays charges for driving on the M12, Central Ring Road, Western High-Speed ​​Diameter, Moscow Highway, A-289, and Bagration Avenue highways. The app also lets you compare OSAGO insurance rates online from 20 insurance companies and get the best deal.

This app does not represent a government agency and is not an official app of the State Traffic Inspectorate (STSI) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

The source of government data is the State Information System GIS GMP (Federal Treasury, https://roskazna.gov.ru/gis/gis-gmp), access to which is provided by the non-bank credit institution MONETA (OOO) (OGRN 1121200000316, Bank of Russia License No. 3508-K dated November 29, 2017) under an agreement with the developer.

Traffic fines are checked by vehicle registration number and vehicle registration certificate (STS) or driver's license.
Fines are checked without linking them to a specific person and display information on violations related to the vehicle being inspected. Full details of unpaid traffic fines are provided. After payment, the violation information and receipt are saved in the app.

The app notifies you of new traffic fines and charges for driving on Russian toll roads, reminds you of the 25% discount grace period, and warns you when the fine is forwarded to the Federal Bailiff Service.

◾️ Toll Roads
Check and pay charges for driving on barrier-free toll roads – Moscow Highway, Bagration Avenue (SDKP), Western High-Speed ​​Diameter, Central Ring Road, M12, and A289 "Krasnodar-Temryuk." Information is provided by toll road operators. Therefore, notifications about new charges arrive promptly, giving you time to pay your toll within 5 days without incurring a fine.
