Frustrating experience. I didn't find an option to buy two tickets simultaneously. Have to book one ticket, then go back to search, then buy another ticket (hoping noone bought the sit next to the first one). Also I had passengers saved in my RZhD account on the website. Somehow although I logged on to my account in this app, my saved passengers didn't showup. I had to save their passport details once again. So frustrating... I'm not even talking on how difficult it is to log in to РЖД website..

For suburban destinations, you can issue only one ticket per order. Up to four tickets can be issued in one order for long-distance routes. Unfortunately, this is a limitation of the service. Work on the convenience of the application is underway.
As Pavel has already pointed out this app will not accept foreign Passport Numbers. I tried with my passport number, I tried with country passport code GBR and my passport number, I tried scanning my passport with the built-in option and got a prompt stating it was not a Russian Passport. At the stage where I enter all my document details and select them I get the message 'The document does not correspond to the specified age or tariff' of course all my details are correct. Oh, and I tried it with with language interface in English and Russian. A shame as I would use it if I was able to actually purchase a ticket.

Well, I would say 3/5. 0. No tickets without log-in... 1. It's required to enter full info to buy s-bahn tickets. What's for? UPD: ok, ELECTRONIC, but for urban trains... Meh... 2. It's simply impossible to buy tickets for 2 person at the same time. Look, guys, it's your process, not my pain. 3. I would strongly recommend to investigate SBB app for Swiss railways. How it's much easier to buy tickets, especially for a group. 4. What's about a small (5-10%) price reduction for app users?

When issuing an ELECTRONIC (online) ticket, personal data must be indicated in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation 322 of 08.21.12. Unfortunately, these are the rules for all trains. We are working on the convenience of the application. Your suggestions will be considered.
