I've used this app for a few years. I primarily use Yin sessions as a meditation to help me calm my mind and sleep. For some reason, when they re-recorded the instructor prompts, the instructors started speaking in a faster, more clipped tone. They used to speak in a softer tone that was more suited for a slow, meditative yoga practice. The old version is still available, which is better. Hopefully it remains available. The new version doesn't work well for me.

Great for short practice. Voice coach is clear. Music is great. Well done. ***8 years later update*** Still using. I enjoy the "Fiona" voice coach. Went from Beginner to Intermediate 2 in levels of difficulty. Very helpful that there's an "intermediate 2", before higher levels. I mostly do yoga at home, with occasional classes. I use this app, twice a day, mostly 15 min or less.

I've been using this app for 6 years. I tell everyone I know about it. It's fully customizable- you can choose the modeling instructor, what voice does the verbal instruction, exactly how much instruction you receive, the type, speed, and intensity of the yoga. You can even pick a focus, like balance or flexibility. There are so many different types of exercise in this app alone, including some pilates and HIIT workouts. I can't speak highly enough about this app and it's counterparts. Love it.
