It quickly became my favorite yoga app. It's motivated me into exercising more. I can do a new routine every day from a variety of levels, it can last as long as I need, I can choose if I want to work on a specific part of my body more, I can choose the music from different styles, and the music playlists are delightful. Sometimes I stumble upon a really good routine, and I can also save it and repeat it later. Thank you Down Dog! Great job, congratulations!
I was looking for a good yoga app and so many had little gimmicks or adds to get money. I stumbled upon this one and it has easily become my favorite morning and end of day ritual. The directions are clear and pictures help tremendously. You can either use it for free and still get a great experience or pay a monthly or yearly fee, which it is totally worth it. I use the full movement part in the morn and the restorative part in the eve to stretch one last time. I highly recommend this if you don't have a studio or group you are apart of or even as a supplemental part of your current practice. I'm off to use it right now.
Wonderful app. Will help you to get into yoga even if you've never done it before. You can choose the duration, level, type of music and emphasis on body region and what you would like to work on (equilibrium, flexibity, strength...) The music is with good taste and the whole practice has a really good flow.
I started this knowing nothing and never having done yoga. This app has taught me how to do it, and it wasn't super difficult. I really live it. Would be nice if the free version had more features or if full version cost less or had a one time fee instead of monthly/yearly. But I'm still very happy with this app.
Hands down the best yoga app I have ever tried, and I've tried a lot! This app makes me want to practice yoga. The sequences are always varied, and I can choose how long I want to practice for, the playlist, the speed.. Down Dog is just amazing. I even paid for the full version because I believe in it, and that it really will help me practice as frequently as i'd like to!
All I wanted from a yoga app. Varied routines of the length, style and level of your choosing, though the beginner level does require some basic strength (mostly the full and quick flow options. If they're hard, I'd start with the restorative one for a while)
