About this app

Slice Beam is a 3D model slicer/G-code generator for FFF 3D printers.
It is based on PrusaSlicer's core and well optimized for Android touchscreen interface.

The key feature that distinguishes it from other slicers is that is runs on your device, not somewhere in the cloud!
And it does not require ANY subscription to run all the local features.

Supported file formats: .stl, .stp, .step, .obj, .3mf

Profile format is PrusaSlicer's, so you can import profiles from PrusaSlicer to Slice Beam and vice versa.

Using it for my Elegoo Centauri Carbon. Almost perfect, however, the app crashes on slicing when an error is present instead of showing errors like the web version. So if you're getting a common crash for your preset; you may have to fallback into the web version to troubleshoot. Also, the post-slice model view is limited to a certain number of layers for bigger filesizes. I'd love an option to allow more, as I'm using a phone with 24GB RAM and liquid cooling, so I'm sure it can handle it.

Works great for a mobile slicer. if you are trying to print very detailed items or do a lot of editing, it may not be the best, but works great for basic and easy prints. i have zero complaints. i email the file to myself and then i can just put it on a thumb drive..

I really want to give this review 5 stars, as I really like this one and want more than anything to see it get better with time. That said, it has a MAJOR BUG. It randomly sends bridge override code in the gcode, which makes the printer print at a snails pace. it's got something to do with the bridge settings, and when you try to make any adjustments to any bridge setting, the app immediately crashes and has locked up the app causing uninstall / reinstall. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!
