Using Move ride is very easy, here’s how it works;

- Download the app and create an account
- The app will request you to enter your destination and choose your pick up location
- You will see your driver and vehicle details, and track their arrival at the pickup location through the map
- After the ride, you will be able to pay through the app, you can rate our drivers and the service in general.
- You will receive your receipt via email and SMS notification

Bad quality, not reliable. After signing up it did a charge to validate credit card, which work. After first ride payment failed. And it kept failing so I always had to use cash and drivers conveniently never had change so I over paid. At some point app started crashing at launch and needed to reinstall. Can't trust it. Has potential but very buggy.

App has very poor UX. Bad in app user experience in this day and age. Maps doesn't load Google Maps street names. In addition, there are very few drivers on the olatform. 2 drivers cancelled because they are far away. Light blue colors on a map have little contrast so you don't see icons. Do better Move Team. 5 years on, your app is still the same! Not forgetting it would take a herculean effort for Move to beat the convenience of Yego.

Don't like complaining but at this point, move Rwanda is not close to being reliable when its app had utterly failed giving way to drivers who like taking advatage to do so even for a short trip. I tried to reach out the call centre with no luck. 40 minutes waiting to get a ride is crazy. I wonder why they can't fix these repeated issues. I am looking for options.
