Ratings and reviews

I have raised multiple complaints regarding the same issue of overbilling every month. I have repeatedly requested that your team visit my apartment to inspect the electrical load and review the bills being issued to me. I also requested a full inspection of the electricity meter. However, no one has visited my apartment, and the issue remains unresolved. I kindly request that you arrange a meter inspection and investigate the cause of these excessive monthly bills as soon as possible.

account activation link in email doesn't work. Unable to login because OTPs are delayed or don't arrive at all. When they arrive, the OTP isn't recognised by the login server. Unable to register existing electricity meter. Literally nothing in this app works. Edit: tried to contact support via live chat as per developer response. No answer either.

after the update the app crashes every time I click on usage section. please fix it and update the app.
