An application that allows unified central access to all service providers by verifying the user's identity.
The application provides two main products:

1. Accept Requests: Approval of login requests and more from the integrated applications with NAFATH.

2. Activating biometric features: the ability to verify the user's identity using their biometrics, by matching user's biometric data with the national central database stored in the National Information Center (NIC)."

Very bad experience. Face Scanning and after that entering Password. Once entered password, second time it never accept the password you have set. Forget password option is also useless. Which says you have to erase all the data in your mobile. It really big problem.

Very bad experience, application loading is too slow need to update the application. I trying since 45 days, more than 3000 times. Improve the app. No body respond.

Since several months, users are highlighting that face recognition issue. There is no response from the application developer. So, where we are???
