We need better variety of packages, for example with a 100, it should be 3 or 4 types, if minutes only 2000 If data and minutes .... If social and minutes .... If data, social and minutes.... If data, social, minutes and sms .... Same thing for flex packages make it wide Please focus on the 💯, its the auto monthly budget by 80% of users.

I am stuck in this garbage of a service since yesterday. I can't enter the app to add data or minutes and their customer support isn't responding on any platform. Basically my SIM card is useless now until they fix their trash app.

Very very bad experience. No support call number. Not good support on chat. Very irresponsible behaviour. Not recommended to purchase this product. Even you cannot cancel your SIM. Then u will be stuck and cannot purchase other network SIM because max two sums can be issued on you name.
