i hope they have apple pay or mada pay to pay at the same time without take a ticket from the app or from the station because sometimes when the internet goes offline the app gets off

App navigation and stop details is very good but as a pilgrimage I have an international credit card with sar which doesn't work. After talking to the driver, he says it only supports the saudi debit card. So I can't use. It should support.

I was purchased 4 tickets by using top up e money via bank card. However, the ticket can not be scanned or resulted as not valid. We do not know what's the problem, it's seem different methodology to read the date in the phone system either use georgian or Hijriah version because I'm a tourist. Finally, we have to debated with driver. However, we still can enter to the bus. Hopefully, this issue can be resolved.
